Not at all—that’s what I’m here for! My goal is to help you build a foundation of mobility and energy. We focus on progress, not perfection.

Every session is tailored to your goals. Generally, we focus on functional movements that improve your daily life—like mobility exercises to keep you moving freely, strength work to boost energy, and guidance on maintaining a healthy weight.

I’m recovering from a long-term illness. Can you help me?

Yes. I hold a Level 3 Exercise Referral Diploma and am part of the COVID Confident – Instructor Recovery Programme. This means I am qualified to work with clients managing various health conditions and can help you rebuild your strength and stamina safely and gradually.

I have stiff joints and limited mobility. Is exercise safe for me?

Movement is often the best medicine for stiffness. We focus heavily on General Fitness and Mobility to ensure your joints stay supple and your body stays functional as you age.

Do you provide diet plans?

Accepted Answer

As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach, I provide nutritional guidance rather than restrictive "diets." We look at sustainable habits that help with weight loss and energy levels without taking the joy out of eating.

How many times a week should I train?

Accepted Answer

This depends on your lifestyle and goals. Since we are targeting health and longevity rather than "fanatical" fitness, many of my clients find that 2 sessions a week creates a significant improvement in how they feel.
